Spicy soya chunks This is a very easy and tasty recipe..Soyabean is a good source of protien,so a good dish for vegetarians to include in there menu..There are many varieties You can make by these soyabean chunks...For this recipe I am using mini chunks. So let's get into the recipe..you will need Ingredients: Soyabean chunks 100gm One big onion (sliced and fried ) One tomato chopped Curd 1/2 cup 3-4 garlic pods 1/2 inch ginger 3 green chillies 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp dhania(corrainder) powder Salt to taste.
