Spicy kheema Samosa
Samosa is an all time favourite snack for Indians and many around the globe..This is a family recipe passed on by my mom in law..A very simple yet tasty recipe...These can be made and stored in freezer for 2 weeks...The spicy kheema, freshness of mint leaves and the crunch of onions make it irresistible..
Ingredients:
Kheema(minced meat)500gm
Green chillies chopped 3tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Onions 3 medium chopped
In a wok add one tbsp oil,add in the kheema, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, salt and turmeric..
Saute nicely till the water reduces and the mixture is all dried..There should not be any moisture left..
Cool the mixture completely..Then add in mint leaves and onions mix well..You are good to go..Just fill in the samosa, deep fry and enjoy ...
