Spicy soya chunks
This is a very easy and tasty recipe..Soyabean is a good source of protien,so a good dish for vegetarians to include in there menu..There are many varieties You can make by these soyabean chunks...For this recipe I am using mini chunks.
So let's get into the recipe..you will need
Ingredients:
Soyabean chunks 100gm
One big onion (sliced and fried )
One tomato chopped
Curd 1/2 cup
3-4 garlic pods
1/2 inch ginger
3 green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp dhania(corrainder) powder
Salt to taste.
Method:
Boil water add little salt and boil the soya chunks..Strain n let it cool..Then in a frying pan add 2 tsp oil and toss the chunks to give it a crisp.keep aside
In a kadai add 2 tbsp oil,add ginger garlic and green chillies paste,saute and in the fried onions and tomatoes mix all well..Then add in all the spices and saute it nicely..Once the Masala is done and oil starts seperating add whipped curd and mix it nicely..Let it cook for 2 mins,then add the soya chunks and half glass water mix well...Let it simmer for 2 mins and its done..Garnish with corrainder leaves ..This can be eaten with roti or rice..
