Chicken Bread cutlets

Crispy Chicken cutlet
It's a very easy,yet tasty recipe.You can make and freeze this for a month.So for all busy mom's ,do try out this recipe and you and your family will love it.
So these are the ingredients you will need:
Two cups of boiled and shredded chicken
Bread slices 10
One cup bread crumbs
One and half cup chopped onions
1 tbsp each of giner,garlic and green chilli chopped finely
2 Eggs
1 glass milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp cornflour.
1 tbsp red chiili flakes
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste

Method:In a wok add 2 tbsp oil or butter.sauye onions and ginger,garlic and chillies.once the onions turn pink in color add milk(mixed with 2 tbsp cornflour in it.stir add in soya sauce,dry spices and stir well..Then add in the chicken and vinegar,mix nicely.Dont over cook,the chicken should be little creamy not very dry.
 take bread slices and cut round shape with a cutter or any round bowl..Take one bread round and place chicken mixture on it.Cover it with the other bread.Press it gently,Make all the cutlets in the same way
Now dip the cutlet in beaten egg,roll in bread crumbs and deep fry..serve it hot with sauce or green chutney.If u don't want to deep fry u can just toast the cutlets in sandwich maker...

Mutton Trotters Mutton trotters or Paya Curry (paya is a urdu word for trotters) is a thick broth prepared with trotters and whole    spices It's traditionally cooked on slow flame overnight or for few hours which makes the curry  thick and flavourful. Spicy soya chunks This is a very easy and tasty recipe..Soyabean is a good source of protien,so a good dish for vegetarians to include in there menu..There are many varieties You can make by these soyabean chunks...For this recipe I am using mini chunks. So let's get into the recipe..you will need Ingredients: Soyabean chunks 100gm One big onion (sliced and fried ) One tomato chopped Curd 1/2 cup 3-4 garlic pods 1/2 inch ginger 3 green chillies 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp dhania(corrainder) powder Salt to taste. Method: Boil water add little salt and boil the soya chunks..Strain n let it cool..Then in a frying pan add 2 tsp oil and toss the chunks to give it a crisp.keep aside In a kadai add 2 tbsp oil,add ginger garlic and green chillies paste,saute and in the fried onions and tomatoes mix all well..Then add in all the spices and saute it nicely..Once the Masala is done and oil start...
